An impressive share! I've just forwarded this onto a coworker who had been conducting a little research on this.
" they seem to have now been replaced by stupid ‘test your intelligence’ > photos, overly sloppy sentimental messages or pics of cats with qu” >

It seems that you might not only object to the horrific posts on animal abuse but also to innocent sentimental messages or pictures of cats. I personally do not object to any posts on FB unless they are profane or related to graphic pictures of abuse to animals and/or people. I'm a cat lover!

This was a great post, and it so happens that I entirely agree with you on this one. I hate those graphic pictures that some of these folks post, c'mon, Everything from a dead baby, to terrible pics of maimed animals? Why? One can get their message across if they just explained the cause, and how much of the donations actually go towards the cause. Wow, great article.

I loved this article, and I do believe that "I" believe in the same way. Of all the bad things that are shared and said on FB, we certainly do not need the pics. I have see bad pics as well and even hate messages, this is not the forum for this type of activity. I agree with you totally, and I also want to thank you for a great and "Spot On" article!!!!

I know I am here over a year after this post but am having the same sentiments with Facebook friends posting such horrific and graphic pictures of animals being abused. I've about had it!! Before deactivating my Facebook account Saturday night, I had a few choice words with a long-time friend who repeatedly does this. The scenario is that you're having a wonderful evening and just received a post from a friend who now has in her possession kittens I rescued on 9-11-12. We exchange many comments and share more pictures. My heart is glowing and then I run across these horrific animal abuse pictures being posted by a friend in the name of bringing awareness to animal cruelty. I've had a conversation in the past with this same person on showing us what to do, give us a petition to sign with some verbiage . . . not just do this for the sake of "no sake."

Thanks for the post...I re-blogged as it is exactly what I needed to read and maybe later post on Facebook when I reactivate my account.

I think I know why I titled it that, but I can't remember exactly. Not the catchiest title is it?
